Fidelity leadership

Ben Mayer started his career in the composite and construction equipment industries, where he gained a strong understanding of robotics, designed products, and implemented lean manufacturing principles to redesign and optimize the shop's processes and layout.

As Fidelity’s Chief Operating Officer, Ben currently manages our business strategy, allocates resources, ensures budgets are met, and oversees manufacturing operations. He also helps drive the development of new technology and plays a key role in our mechanical engineering projects.
