Fidelity Team Member Featured as CAREERS “Success Story”

CAREERS is a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to helping youth develop successful and rewarding careers. They recently featured Jacob McClelland — one of Fidelity's valued team members — as a "Student Success Story," discussing his ongoing journey as a Machine Apprentice.‍

How Jacob Joined the Fidelity Team

Jacob was first introduced to Fidelity during a tour of the machine shop, arranged to give students and young professionals an inside look at the company’s daily operations. Within a week of leaving a copy of his resume, Jacob was hired for an internship that would allow him to launch and develop his career as a machinist.

A Fidelity Success Story

Since joining Fidelity, Jacob has become a key member of the team. As a Machinist Apprentice, he contributes his versatile skillset and industrious attitude to a wide range of machining projects. In 2024, he even won gold at the Skills Alberta competition in the CNC Machining category — a testament to his talent and dedication.
